What is the procedure on site?
Your game/puzzle materials will be ready for collection at your booked time slot. You will receive more detailed information via WhatsApp before the game begins – please provide us with a suitable mobile number when booking.

Who can participate in Team Game?
Basically anyone! No special prior knowledge or skills are needed for Team Game. The games are designed and coordinated so that the event remains exciting and challenging for experienced and inexperienced players, as well as repeat participants. Team Game is suitable for young and old!

What should I wear?
There is no specific dress code. If we may offer a suggestion, simply wear comfortable and sporty footwear. Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions, as you will be spending 2-3 hours outdoors.

Who do I play Team Game with?
The basic principle is: You play Team Game exactly with the group size you booked. We don't mix groups or combine teams. You can decide on your exact group composition shortly before the start. The ticket is not name-specific, meaning you can even change the exact participants spontaneously.

Do we need a smartphone or mobile phone?
We place great emphasis on a hands-on experience where you don't constantly need to look at your smartphone. However, please bring at least one charged, internet-enabled smartphone with mobile data to the event per group. All start information will also be sent via WhatsApp, and you'll have access to live WhatsApp support during the event. Additionally, some of the puzzle tours incorporate digital elements, for which a smartphone is essential.

How can I book Team Game?
All our bookings are handled centrally through our online booking tool on the website. This is also your first point of contact to view availability and prices and to make bookings.

Can I pay "by invoice"?
The option to pay "by invoice" is not available in the shop. Please select one of the other invoice methods. Of course, you will receive an invoice for your booking in any case. We simply cannot offer the option of paying manually by bank transfer after booking. If you are a corporate customer booking a team event and absolutely require payment by invoice with subsequent manual bank transfer or after the event, please contact us directly at kontakt@team-game.de. In this case, we will process the booking for you, plus a €25 service fee.

Can we drop by spontaneously?
Slots can usually be booked online via our booking portal up to 2 hours before the game starts. However, feel free to call us and we'll see if we can still accommodate you.

We cannot keep our booked appointment. What now?
Our tickets are not tied to a specific person, so you are welcome to pass them on. If, for any reason, you are unable to use your booked time slot, please contact us and we will find a solution together.

For example, a member of our booked team may be unable to attend at short notice due to illness. What now?
If someone in your group is unexpectedly unable to attend, you are welcome to bring a replacement. Our tickets are not tied to a specific person! Cancellations or refunds of booked tickets are not possible. The only exception is our bad weather guarantee.

What happens if we arrive late for our booked appointment?
If you're going to be late, please let us know as soon as possible. If there's a subsequent booking that needs your game case, it would also delay their start and shorten everyone's playing time. That wouldn't be ideal. So please give us a call and we'll check. In the worst-case scenario, you might have to skip the first few games.

Can I reserve an appointment with Team Game without obligation?
All our bookings are processed through the website booking tool. Non-binding reservations are therefore not possible.

Team Game takes place outdoors - what happens in bad weather?
The team game tours are designed to be played outdoors year-round (including autumn and winter), regardless of temperature. However, if the forecast predicts severe weather during your booking period that makes playing impossible (continuous rain, storms, snowfall), please let us know at least one hour before your scheduled game time and you can rebook free of charge or receive a voucher for the full value.

Can we change the number of participants afterwards?
We need to review rebookings on a case-by-case basis. However, we cannot offer refunds for reducing the number of participants. Therefore, please carefully consider who will definitely be attending before booking. Increasing the number of participants is usually not a problem. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via WhatsApp or phone.
