The game
-
What is the process on site?
Your game case will be ready for you to pick up at Herzog-Max-Straße 4 around 10 minutes before the start of your booked slot (further information will be on the ticket). You will receive information about your game route, all the necessary game materials and instructions.
-
Who can participate in Team Game?
Basically everyone!
-
What should I wear to Team Game?
There is no special dress code. If we can give you a tip, just wear comfortable, sporty shoes. You don't need a change of clothes, and you won't sweat too much during the sports games either.
-
What games are played?
A colorful mix of different fun and exciting challenges awaits you. The games are constantly being changed. This means you can play Team Game more than once without it getting boring. If you would like a special focus, please let us know in advance.
-
Who do I play Team Game with?
In principle, you play Team Game in exactly the group size that you booked. We do not mix groups or combine teams. You can decide exactly what your constellation should look like shortly before the start. The ticket is not tied to a name, which means you can also change the exact participants spontaneously.
-
Do we need a smartphone or cell phone?
No! The games and instructions are designed so that you can do everything without a screen in front of your eyes. Photography is of course allowed ;)
Booking, date change, cancellation

How can I book Team Game?
All of our bookings are handled centrally via our online booking tool on the website. This is also your first point of contact for checking availability and prices and for making bookings. In an emergency, we can also make bookings for you. Call us on: 0160-6409500 or send us an email to friederike@team-game.de
-
Can we drop by spontaneously?
Slots can be booked online via our booking portal up to 60 minutes before the start of the game - provided they are available. If you are even more spontaneous, call us and we will check whether there is still availability: 0160-6409500
-
We cannot keep our booked appointment. What now?
Our tickets are not tied to a specific person, so you are welcome to pass them on, give them away or sell them.
-
A person from our booked team cannot attend at short notice due to illness, for example. What now?
If someone in your group is unable to attend at short notice, you are welcome to bring a replacement. Our tickets are not tied to a specific person!
-
What happens if we are late for our booked appointment?
If you are late, please let us know as soon as possible. If there is a follow-up booking that requires your game case, the start would also be delayed for that one, thus reducing the playing time for everyone. That would not be so good. So call us and we will check it out. In the worst case, you will have to skip the first few games.
-
Can I reserve an appointment with Team Game without obligation?
All our bookings are made via the website booking tool. Non-binding reservations are therefore not possible.
-
Team Game takes place outside - what happens if the weather is bad?
The team game games are designed so that they can be played outside all year round (including in autumn and winter), regardless of the temperature. However, if the weather forecast for the time of your booking is so bad that playing is impossible (continuous rain, storms, snowfall), send us a short message up to 1 hour before the game starts and you can rebook free of charge or get the full price back.
