The game

  • What is the procedure on site?

    Your game kit will be ready for collection at Herzog-Max-Straße 4 approximately 10 minutes before the start of your booked slot (more information will be on your ticket). It will contain information about your game route, all necessary game materials, and instructions.

  • Who can participate in Team Game?

    Basically anyone! No special prior knowledge or skills are needed for Team Game. The games are designed and coordinated so that the event remains exciting and challenging for experienced and inexperienced players, as well as repeat participants. Team Game is suitable for young and old!

  • What should I wear to a team game?

    There's no specific dress code. If we may offer a suggestion, just wear comfortable, sporty shoes. You don't need a change of clothes; even during the sports games, you won't get excessively sweaty.

  • Which games are being played?

    You can expect a colorful mix of fun and exciting challenges. The games are constantly being rotated, so you can play Team Game more than once without it getting boring. If you have a particular focus in mind, please let us know in advance.

  • Who do I play Team Game with?

    The basic principle is: You play Team Game exactly with the group size you booked. We don't mix groups or combine teams. You can decide on your exact group composition shortly before the start. The ticket is not name-specific, meaning you can even change the exact participants spontaneously.

  • Do we need a smartphone or mobile phone?

    No! The games and instructions are designed so you can do everything without screens in front of you. Photography is of course allowed ;) All locations can be accessed via QR code (Google Maps). However, this isn't mandatory. If needed, we'll provide a physical map to help you find all the game stations.

Booking, appointment change, cancellation

  • How can I book a Team Game?

    All our bookings are handled centrally through our online booking tool on the website. This is also your first point of contact to check availability and prices and to make bookings.   • We cannot keep our booked appointment. What now?

    Our tickets are not tied to a specific person, so you are welcome to give them away, gift them, or sell them. If, for whatever reason, you are unable to use your booked time slot, please contact us and we will find a solution together.

  • For example, a member of our booked team may be unable to attend at short notice due to illness. What now?

    If someone in your group is unexpectedly unable to attend, you are welcome to bring a replacement. Our tickets are not tied to a specific person! Otherwise, please contact us as soon as possible and we will find a solution and adjust your game kit.

  • What happens if we arrive late for our booked appointment?

    If you're going to be late, please let us know as soon as possible. If there's a subsequent booking that needs your game case, it would also delay their start and shorten everyone's playing time. That wouldn't be ideal. So please give us a call and we'll check. In the worst-case scenario, you might have to skip the first few games.

  • Can I reserve an appointment with Team Game without obligation?

    All our bookings are processed through the website booking tool. Non-binding reservations are therefore not possible.

  • The team game takes place outdoors - what happens in bad weather?

    The team games are designed to be played outdoors year-round (including autumn and winter), regardless of temperature. However, if the weather forecast for your booking period is so bad that playing is impossible (continuous rain, storm, snowfall), please send us a brief message up to one hour before your game is due to start, and you can reschedule free of charge or receive a full refund.

Participants

  • How many people can participate in the Game Show Tour?

    Team Game can be played simultaneously in groups of 2 to 32 people. If you have a larger group, please contact us and we can discuss the options.

  • Do we have to meet certain requirements?

    No special prior knowledge or skills are required to participate in Team Game. The games are all briefly explained at the beginning and are easy to understand. The only important thing is that you are in good physical and mental condition :)

  • At what age can you play a game show?

    Children aged 6 and up can play Team Game accompanied by at least one adult. For example, seven 8-year-old children could play a 4-on-4 match with one adult. Children aged 12 and up can participate completely independently! Children under 6 cannot participate, but are welcome to watch for free.

  • Can we bring spectators?

    Spectators are generally not permitted, except for your children under 6 years old. They can come along as spectators and, of course, join in the game here and there if you like. Their participation is free. All accompanying adults and children aged 8 and older will only be accepted into the team game as paying participants.
